Abstract:The Rotate Vector (RV) reducer is used as the research object, and the reliability, maintainability and supportability (RMS) index of which seriously restricts the performance of the later use, therefore, the integrated design based on fault prevention and control is put forward. Firstly, fault tree analysis was used to analyze the fault mechanism of RV reducer, according to its fault requirement, a fault model of RV reducer was established. Then, drawing lessons from the method of integrated analysis function modeling, through the coordination and balance between the various performance indicators, the RMS analysis steps were improved. The platform of RMS based on fault prevention and control is used, which provides an efficient method for the diagnosis, prevention and detection of RV reducer fault, also provides technical support for structural optimum design of RV reducer.
