    以RV减速器为研究对象,其可靠性、维修性和保障性(RMS)指标严重制约着其后期使用的性能,因此,提出了基于故障防控为中心的一体化设计。利用故障树分析RV减速器故障机制,根据其故障需求,建立RV减速器故障模型。借鉴一体化分析功能建模的方法,经过各个性能指标之间的协调和权衡,完善了RMS分析步骤。基于故障防控的RMS平台的运用,为RV减速器故障的诊断、防控和检测提供了一种高效的分析方法,也为RV减速器的优化设计提供了技术支持。

    Abstract:

    The Rotate Vector (RV) reducer is used as the research object, and the reliability, maintainability and supportability (RMS) index of which seriously restricts the performance of the later use, therefore, the integrated design based on fault prevention and control is put forward. Firstly, fault tree analysis was used to analyze the fault mechanism of RV reducer, according to its fault requirement, a fault model of RV reducer was established. Then, drawing lessons from the method of integrated analysis function modeling, through the coordination and balance between the various performance indicators, the RMS analysis steps were improved. The platform of RMS based on fault prevention and control is used, which provides an efficient method for the diagnosis, prevention and detection of RV reducer fault, also provides technical support for structural optimum design of RV reducer.
