      通过分析超大型薄壁类水电主轴件的主要加工难点,对工件装夹方式、装夹变形模型分析、加工工艺流程等进行详细研究,提出薄壁水电主轴件的加工方案。该方案采用两端配中心堵、一夹两顶的装夹方式对工件进行车序加工,加工完毕后再使用一夹两托方式装夹工件进行修复,成功完成水电主轴工件的加工,满足产品精度要求,为同类超大型薄壁主轴零件加工提供了参考。
英文摘要:
      The major machining difficulties for a super-large-sized thin-wall hydraulic spindle part were analyzed, focusing on its clamping mode, clamping deformation model analysis and processing flow. Then the processing scheme was proposed. In this scheme, central blocks on both ends and one clamping chuck and two core clampers method were used to process the spindle; after the processing was completed, the spindle was repaired by using one clamping chuck and two support clamping method. By using the scheme, the processing of the spindle is successfully completed and the accuracy requirements are guaranteed. It provides reference for processing similar large-sized thin wall spindle parts.
