      针对某仪表公司自主设计的三偏心蝶阀易产生“过关闭”现象,对三偏心蝶阀结构的受力变形进行了模拟分析,得到三偏心蝶阀的密封圈在不同情况下的位移变形情况,并给出相应建议。分析结果表明:仪表公司自主设计的三偏心蝶阀结构具有可行性,其产生“过关闭”现象的主要原因是密封圈制造过程的加工误差和使用过程中过大的预紧扭矩。
英文摘要:
      Because of the“over closure” phenomena of three eccentric butterfly valve designed by some instrumentation company independently, a finite element analysis and simulation on the deformation of the structure were conducted. The deformation displacements of the seal rings of three eccentric butterfly valve in different conditions were achieved and some suggestions were given. The analysis results show that the structure of the three eccentric butterfly designed by them is feasible and the main reasons of the “over closure” phenomenon of three eccentric butterfly valve are the processing error and too large pretightening torque during its application.
