      介绍车辆自动液压制动系统的工作原理,利用AMESim仿真软件分析了3种节流阀口的动态特性,并为该系统的流控阀选择了三角槽形节流阀口;分析了三角槽形节流阀口结构参数对系统调节性能的影响。结果表明:三角槽形节流阀口的宽度和深度对系统调节性能的影响很小,而随着三角槽形节流阀口长度的增加,系统调节性能得到明显的改善。
英文摘要:
      The principle of automatic hydraulic braking system was introduced. The dynamic characteristics of three kinds of throttle mouth were analyzed by AMESim. The triangle throttle mouth was selected for the flow control valve. The effects of triangle throttle mouth structure parameters on regulating characteristic of this system were analyzed.The results show that the width and depth of the triangle throttle mouth have little effect on regulating characteristic of this system,but if the length of triangle throttle mouth increases,the regulating characteristic of this system will be better.
