Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the lubrication of oil free scroll compressor,a magnetic levitation driven oil free scroll compressor is proposed.Taking full account of the actual working situation of the oil frees croll compressor, and combining with the magnetic levitation technology, an oil free scroll compressor which can avoid the use of bearing and anti -self -rotation device was designed based on the mechanics theory of scroll compressor.Through the numerical calculation software, the dynamic vortex disk of the magnetic levitation driven oil free scroll compressor was calculated on force, and the force of the dynamic vortex disk under different rotating angles was analyzed in detail. The finite element analysis(FEA) software was used to provide the driving force of the E-I, U-I and U-U type electromagnet in the oil free scroll compressor under the different air gap of the attraction for the finite element simulation, and a comparison was made and described. Finally the scroll compressor by force and U-I type electromagnet driving force were carried out for a valid comparison.Results show that the new type of scroll compressor can fully realize the normal work in theory, and effectively avoid using of the bearing and anti -self -rotation device,at the same time,combines the magnetic levitation technology with low abrasion, no pollution and other characteristics.
