    摘要:

    分析电动车控制器检测平台的功能需求,提出一套基于虚拟仪器技术的电动车控制器检测平台设计方案。简要论述检测平台的硬件选型和设计,介绍基于LabVIEW的电动车控制器检测平台的软件实现。实际应用表明:该测试系统能够准确高效地对待测品进行功能检测,在测试过程中能够实时将检测数据直观地呈现给操作人员,能够详细存储测试结果,同时具有开放性的步骤编辑功能,能够满足测试产品的型号变更需求。

    Abstract:

    The function demand of the test platform for electric vehicle controller was analyzed.A design scheme of the test platform for electric vehicle controller was proposed based on virtual instrument technology.The constitute and the selection principle of the hardware for the detection platform were briefly discussed.The software realization of the electric vehicle controller detection platform based on LabVIEW was introduced in detail.Practical application shows that the test system can be used to carry out accurate and efficient function test for the electric vehicle controller;during the testing process,the detection data can be intuitively presented to the operator and stored real-time;the test system has open step edit function,satisfying the test product type change requirement.
