Abstract:At present, the power system of hydraulic disc brake of oil drilling machine is driven by electric motor to generate pressure of the hydraulic pump. Conventional design is equipped with two pumps, each other as a backup. Although this form has a redundant design of the pump, but ultimate source is driven by electricity. And generally in the use process, the pump can not stop after start, the system needs to continue to provide pressure. If the power outage or no electricity, system will not work. Therefore, the traditional double pump form was changed into dual drive form that the main pump was the motor pump, the standby pump was the pneumatic pump, to ensure that the brake device could still work under the conditions of power outage or no electricity.At the same time,the pump pressure was improved, the capacity of the accumulator was increased,pressure reducing valve was used to achieve high pressure energy storage, low pressure be used.Not only the main pump could work intermittently, but also the limitations of pneumatic pump flow could be overcome.Pneumatic pump drive pressure was small, the risks of leakage and operation would not be generated. This design not only saves the power, but also has the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
