    摘要:

    以某螺杆桩机电液系统为例,针对螺杆桩机立柱升降同步性差、抖动严重等问题,介绍螺杆桩机立柱升降的电〖JP2〗液系统。应用Automation Studio搭建了电液系统模型,设置好参数后对立柱双缸同步升降过程进行仿真分析。根据仿真结果及实验数据对液压系统进行改进。测试结果表明:改进后的立柱升降电液系统动作平稳,安全稳定,具有工程实践价值。

    Abstract:

    Taking electro-hydraulic system of a screw pile hammers as an example, aiming at the synchronism difference and severe shaking in its upright lifting process, the upright lifting electro-hydraulic system of the screw pile hammers was introduced. Automation Studio was applied to build the electro-hydraulic system model. After setting the parameters, simulated analysis of the process of upright double-cylinder synchronous lifting was done. According to the simulation results and experimental data, the electro-hydraulic system was improved. As the experimental result shows, the improved upright lifting electro-hydraulic system moves smoothly and steadily, it is safe with engineering practice value.
