Abstract:Taking electro-hydraulic system of a screw pile hammers as an example, aiming at the synchronism difference and severe shaking in its upright lifting process, the upright lifting electro-hydraulic system of the screw pile hammers was introduced. Automation Studio was applied to build the electro-hydraulic system model. After setting the parameters, simulated analysis of the process of upright double-cylinder synchronous lifting was done. According to the simulation results and experimental data, the electro-hydraulic system was improved. As the experimental result shows, the improved upright lifting electro-hydraulic system moves smoothly and steadily, it is safe with engineering practice value.
