Based on the AMESim simulation software, the model of hydraulic balance valve was established. According to the actual parameters, a system model for the hydraulic balance circuit was set up.Dynamic characteristics of the balance valve under several typical conditions were simulated.The velocity response curve and displacement response curve of the balancing valve main valve core, the main valve flow response curve,the main valve inlet pressure response curve, the hydraulic cylinder speed response curve under different main valve core throttling groove structure were gotten.The simulation results were compared and analyzed.It is concluded the effect of the main valve core throttling groove structure on the dynamic characteristic of hydraulic balance valve.
