Abstract:Aluminum alloy has many advantages, such as the smaller specific gravity, high stamping plasticity, corrosion resistance,the higher recovery value,etc. Some service characters of those type of aluminum alloy are close to or even beyond traditional steel material. Development research on wingopen van has important significance through the use of aluminum alloy instead of steel materials. The optimization design method was established based on the analysis results of Q235 materials wing-skeleton structure and aluminum alloy materials wing-skeleton structure.Corresponding topology optimization design was done to the aluminum alloy material wing-structure, and the flanks improved structure approximate truss bridge was gotten.The analysis results show that the aluminum alloy material wing-skeleton meets design requirements such as strength, the improved structure is lightweight 295%, optimization design has achieved good results.
