      针对某型数控机床主变速箱存在噪声的问题,通过对主变速箱进行动力学分析,找到了产生噪声的主要因素为系统共振及噪声干涉,确认了主要噪声源来自于最后一级齿轮传动。以此指导主变速箱的设计,反复修正得到较优化的结构,实际结果验证了该方法的优越性。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at a certain type of NC machine tool main gearbox noise problems, through dynamics analysis to the main gearbox, the main factors were the system resonance noise and noise interference, it was confirmed the main noise source came from the last level gear transmission, to guide the design of the main gearbox. The optimized structure was gotten by revised repeatedly. The superiority of the proposed method was verified by the actual results.
