    摘要:

    机械零件的工作温度能反映零件润滑与载荷情况等重要信息。针对现有温度监测系统难以应用在轴承、电机等关键部件上的问题,提出将多路温度采集系统应用于现有润滑系统中,利用PT100将温度信号采集后转化为电压信号,经过测量放大器放大,然后传输至单片机,并利用多路开关,实现对多个监测点温度的巡回检测与显示,进而为润滑系统中判断润滑泵的执行与否提供了现场信息。

    Abstract:

    The working temperature of the mechanical parts can reflect the important information such as lubrication and load of the parts.According to the problem that the existing temperature monitoring system could not be used in key parts such as bearings and motors, the application of multichannel temperature acquisition system in the existing lubrication system was present. The temperature signal was collected and converted into voltage signal by using PT100, then it was amplified by the amplifier and then transmitted to the single chip microcomputer. And multi switch was used to achieve the temperature circuit detection and display of a number of monitoring points. It provides information for lubrication system to determine the performance of the lubrication pump.
