    摘要:

    铝挤压机模内剪切油缸用于分离挤压制品与模具。挤压制品通常温度在400 ℃以上,且连续挤压生产时间长,产生大量热量积聚于模具下方的模内剪切油缸,导致模内剪切油缸缸体升温、油液变质和密封老化问题突出。提出一种新型模内剪切油缸液压回路,引入循环冷却系统油液,在油缸检测杆和活塞杆上开辟油液通道,使模内剪切油缸内油液及时循环冷却,彻底解决了模内剪切油缸温升问题,降低了模内剪切油缸的使用和维护成本,保障了挤压生产线的正常运行。

    Abstract:

    The oil cylinder is used for separating products from die in aluminum extrusion press.Generally,because of exceed temperature of 400 ℃ and long continuous producing time for extrusion products,great heat is generated,result in cylinder body temperature rise,oil deterioration,and seal aging of the oil cylinder under die.A new hydraulic circuit of the oil cylinder was proposed,which had oil circular and cool system.And oil channels were designed on inner measure rod and piston rod,in order to circulate and cool oil timely.So the temperature rise problem of the oil cylinder is thoroughly solved,which can reduce use and maintenance cost,and ensure normal operation of extrusion production line.
