    摘要:

    以离散型制造企业某公司凿岩机回转机构生产过程为研究对象,运用价值流图技术对其生产过程进行优化研究。通过对当前车间现场管理、生产流程分析进行现场数据采集,绘制当前价值流图,利用该图根据浪费理论和方法研究找出生产过程中不产生增值的活动,运用工业工程基本方法提出适应企业生产实际的改善措施,绘制出改善后的价值流图。通过车间布局、人员调整,达到减少在制品库存、缩短交货周期、提高员工士气及加工效率的目的,使企业获得最大的经济效益。

    Abstract:

    Regarding of discrete manufacturing enterprise production process of slewing mechanism as an example of study, value stream mapping technology is applied to carry out the optimization of manufacturing process. A chart was drawn about current situation of value stream of product manufacturing and existing non-value-added activities were found by carrying out production process analysis and field data collection for product manufacturing procedure in a workshop. Using the method related to basic industrial engineering, the corresponding improvement measures were put forward for practical manufacturing in an enterprise, and a future value stream mapping was plotted. Through the workshop layout, personnel adjustment, it not only reduces the work-in-process inventory, shortens delivery cycle but also enhances the efficiency of the staff morale and processing, let the enterprise harvest great economic benefit.
