Abstract:The movement model and mechanics model of the lifting mechanism were established,to analyze the movement and force of scissors wrecker device.In order to decrease the maximum thrust as much as possible in the lifting process of the hydraulic cylinder,taking the biggest thrust of hydraulic cylinder as the optimization goal, taking the hydraulic cylinder base location,length of plunger turn arm and the angle of plunger turn arm and scissors arm as the design variables,ADAMS was used to make optimization.The optimization results show that the biggest thrust of the hydraulic cylinder decreases 191%,which verifies the validity of the optimization and provides a theoretical basis for the design of the scissors wrecker device.
