    摘要:

    以设计的挖掘机多泵液压系统实验平台为研究对象,利用AMESim软件建立其液压系统仿真模型,以动臂举升和回转两种动作为切入点进行仿真与实验研究。结果表明:仿真结果无论从曲线变化趋势还是其相应的数值大小都非常接近实验结果,能够基本反映两种动作的真实运动特点,验证了所建立系统仿真模型的准确性,即液压仿真可以作为研究实际液压系统动态特性的手段。并且,该多泵液压系统能耗降低可达2024%,节能效果明显。仿真与实验结合的方式对挖掘机液压系统设计与调试方面的研究具有重要的意义。

    Abstract:

    Based on the designed experimental platform of multipump hydraulic excavator system as the research object, the simulation model of the hydraulic system was established by using AMESim software, the boom lifting and rotary movement was taken as the starting point of simulation and experimental study. The results show that: the simulation results are very close to the experimental results from both curves and the corresponding numerical size, basically reflecting the real movement characteristics of two kinds of action.So it is verified the accuracy of the established system simulation model. Hydraulic simulation can be used to study the dynamic characteristics of the actual hydraulic system. Moreover,the energy consumption of the multipump hydraulic system is reduced up to 2024%, energysaving effect is obvious. It is of great significance to design and debugging of excavator hydraulic system through the combination of simulation and experiment.
