    摘要:

    以我国某高速动车组为例,基于动力软件SIMPACK建立了计算机模型,选择一系垂向阻尼器的橡胶节点刚度和垂向阻尼为变量,进一步分析它对该动车组稳定性、平稳性以及安全性的影响。仿真结果表明:一系垂向减振器橡胶节点刚度对车辆稳定性影响不明显,而随着一系垂向阻尼的增加,临界速度有所增加;当节点刚度大于5 MN/m时,刚度对车辆平稳性影响较小;随着一系垂向减振器阻尼增加,平稳性有轻微改善;一系垂向减振器橡胶节点刚度及垂向阻尼系数对车辆安全性影响整体都不是很大。

    Abstract:

    Taking a China high speed EMU as an example, the dynamic computer model was established based on the SIMPACK software, vertical damping and rubber joint stiffness of first stage vertical damper were chosen as variables, further its impact on the EMU stability, stability and safety was analyzed. Simulation results show that: the stiffness of rubber joints of a vertical damper has no obvious influence on vehicle stability,but with the increase of vertical damping, the critical speed increases;when the stiffness of the joint is greater than 5 MN/m, the stiffness has little influence on the vehicle stability;with the increase of vertical damping, the stability is slightly improved;the influence of joint stiffness and vertical damping on vehicle safety is not large.
