    摘要:

    锥形塞结构的阀门作为静电泵的出、入液体的调节机构,出、入阀门的流量是相同的,但在阀门开启状态下出、入阀门的压力差不同,这取决于出、入管道内压力。取较小者进行讨论作为结果,保证大者畅通无阻并且实现了锥塞加工尺寸一致性。根据流体力学关于流量和压力差关系,先采用流量系数0.3计算出环隙流面积和在环隙中的流速。设定锥塞外环隙大小后,由这些数据能算出雷诺系数,再推测与其相关的流量系数为0.26~0.7,与计算所选用的03接近或更大,说明相同的Δp条件下,能保证规定的流量及其他相关计算结果。选择合适锥塞或锥形管的锥半角,可保证锥塞外环隙流通面积恒定。

    Abstract:

    Conical type plug valves are used as fluid controlling part of electrostatic pump.The flow quantity through the output and input valves is the same,but the pressure differences between the output and input valves under open condition are different,which depend on the pressure in inlet and outlet pipes.The smaller value of pressure difference was used for discussion,so as to ensure flowing unimpeded for another plug with larger pressure difference in any cases in order to achieve processing size consistency of conical type plug.According to the relationship between flow and pressure difference in fluid mechanics,a flow coefficient of 03 was temporarily used to calculate the flowing area in the annular gap and the flowing velocity.After setting the annular gap,the Reynolds coefficient could be calculated from these data,and the corresponding flow coefficient was estimated to be 0.26~0.7,which was close to or larger than that used in this paper before.Therefore,the specified flow and other related calculations can be ensured under the same condition of pressure differences.Proper choice of the cone halfangles for cone plug and cone-shaped tubes can ensure constant flow area in gap,thus the calculation is simplified.
