Abstract:In order to improve the performance of dualclutch automatic transmission, on the basis of analyzing the working principle of the selfdeveloped sevenspeed doubleclutch automatic transmission’〖KG-*2〗s electrohydraulic control system, the interaction between working hydraulic cylinders and its influencing factors were studied with AMESim software. By selecting appropriate hydraulic parameters, the degree of mutual influence was reduced. The simulation results show: in the electrohydraulic control system, the interaction between the two clutch cylinders is the largest, and the piston cylinder crosssectional area (piston stroke unchanged), pump displacement, motor speed, accumulator volume, oil channel hydraulic diameter will affect the degree of mutual influence of the two cylinders.
