Abstract:In view of the problems of large diameter and difficulttoshape alloy rivets, such as deformation, cracking and insufficient interference, etc.,rivets were firstly preheated and then riveted.Finite element analysis software was used to establish the finite element model of 7075 aluminum alloy,in order to simulate the deformation and stress of rivets at different temperatures and different riveting rates. The results show that with the increase of heatassisted riveting temperature, the reduction of riveting force tends to increase firstly and then decrease, and the smaller riveting force can reduce the risk of nail cracking. The suitable riveting rate can also improve the riveting quality of heatassisted riveting, and improve fatigue life. This heatassisted riveting technology for the future riveting technology of rivet has a certain reference value.
