The problem of maintenance surplus and insufficient maintenance in the maintenance and repair of the traditional switch machine is not clear.A proportional hazards prediction model was established based on the comprehensive consideration of the monitoring data of the equipment,historical fault data and other information.By setting the maintenance threshold of the proportional hazards model and the maintenance threshold,the state of the switch machine was conditionopportunity maintenance.Once again,the optimum time of maintenance was determined by optimizing the minimum maintenance time of the multicomponent by considering the maximum availability of the equipment.The simulation verification of the vibration state monitoring value of the three key components of the S700K switch machine in an electrical section was carried out.The results show that the method is feasible and effective.
