    摘要:

    通过考虑电机控制器热源IGBT与散热器壁面的热传导、散热器壁面与冷却介质的对流换热以及散热器热应力与应变等因素,建立车用电机控制器液体冷却的热流固耦合计算模型。应用该散热模型综合分析了不同工况下散热器结构对散热器换热性能、温度应力及变形的影响。计算结果表明:通过对散热器翅片结构参数的优化可以获得较好的换热效果和较低的温度应力,同时散热器结构具有较好的工艺性能。

    Abstract:

    The heat transfer between the IGBT of motor controller and radiator wall, the heat convection between cooling medium and wall radiator,the heat stress,deformation and other factors were considered, the calculation model that could be used to analyze the fluidsolid coupled heat transfer was established based on liquid cooling for motor controller of electric vehicle. The influence of the radiator structure on the heat transfer performance, thermal stress and deformation of the radiator under different working conditions was comprehensively analyzed by using the heat dissipation model. The calculation results show that the heat transfer effect and the lower temperature stress can be obtained by optimizing the structural parameters of the radiator fin, and the radiator structure has better process performance.
