The influence of the main structural parameters such as the shape and structure of the upper blower cooling device, the direction of the inlet of the air source and the angle of the outlet flow path on the flow field performance of the upper blower cooling device was studied by ANSYS-FLUENT software. In the study, the influence of the change of relevant parameters on the performance of the airblowing cooling was obtained by using air as the medium. The results show that the cylinder crosssectional shape is better than rectangular in upper aircooled cooling device to achieve a more uniform outlet velocity. The wind source inlet perpendicular to the outlet direction is more conducive to obtaining greater exit velocity uniformity. When the tilt angle of outlet duct is 12 °,it is more conducive to get the best blowing effect.
