The existing hydraulic reciprocating seal durability test circuit was analyzed, and the principle of the full bridge rectifier circuit was used to improve the durability test circuit of the hydraulic reciprocating seal recommended by GB/T 15622-2005. The energy recovery and utilization device with the accumulator as the energy conversion core was introduced and simulated by AMESim software. The experimental results show that the improved energy recovery circuit design can effectively reduce the required power, solve the heating problem of the hydraulic system, and reduce the reversing impact of the hydraulic cylinder.
