Abstract:Concerning the difficulty of tape replacement for belt conveyors in underground mine tunnels, a kind of stepping belt changer is developed. Its characteristics were small size, light weight, easy to disassemble and install. Through the investigation and calculation of the parameters at the site, the design of the hydraulic system of the belt change device was researched by using Automation Studio software. The working cylinder pressure and piston rod speed of the fixed antirun belt clamping circuit,moving clamping circuit,pull belt circuit were respectively obtained. The results show that the operating conditions meet the safety requirements of the hydraulic system. After making the prototype, the hydraulic system optimized, the tape pull time is shortened from 38 s to 31 s, which improves the working efficiency of the tape changer.
