Abstract:For the problem in current operation of femoral neck fracture, the method of determining the axis of the femoral neck is of low efficiency and poor efficiency, the individualized demand of positioning and guiding femoral neck axis is analyzed. A general design method of an individualized femoral neck axis guider is proposed. Firstly, using KANO model to classify and analyze individualized demand, functional modules were divided by modularization technology. Then the femur model was rebuilt based on reverse engineering technology. Finally, the structure of the femoral neck axis guider was designed by extracting the morphological characteristics of the femur. The method can realize the rapid design of the individualized femoral neck axis guider, which not only can precise positioning guide the femoral neck axis, but also can achieve individual needs.
