Abstract:In order to solve the problems of narrow space, large number of inspection sites, different height position and irregular inspection points, an intelligent robot based on Cartesian coordinate driving is developed. The main structure, technical parameters, motion path planning and control system were introduced in detail. Transverse vibration for synchronous belt in long distance transmission was analyzed. As a result, the resonance from external excitation source and resonance frequency location when set the inspection point should be avoided with the belt. Light weight design was carried out to Y shaft supporting channel steel aiming at the problem of large robot weight. At last, the field application of six months has been carried out in a distribution room, and the robot can realize the intelligent inspection of the indoor equipment in multiangle and omnibearing.
