The hydraulic system of the hoist was introduced. The factors affected the synchronous precision of the hoist and the control strategy were introduced. The reasons that led to the stuck appearance in the process of the hoist falling down were analyzed.In order to improve the synchronization accuracy of the lift, the balance valve on the hydraulic cylinder was changed into the explosionproof valve.The lift work is restored to normal, the operation is stable, and the synchronization performance is improved.
