Abstract:In order to verify whether the faults simulation of the two stages nozzle flapper servo valve are close to the actual situation, servo valve’s faults measurement are based on electro-hydraulic proportional servo hydraulic test bench. According to the actual test’s conditions, the experimental test bench is designed. Due to the lack of complete measuring equipment, the two kinds of faults measurement of one developed FF102 two stages nozzle flapper servo valve developed were measured and analyzed. The related faults parameters were set on the test bench, that is, the faults test curves of the servo valve were obtained. Through the comparison and analysis, the faults test curves were similar to the trend of the faults simulation curves. It shows that the simulation software can simulate the faults of the two stages nozzle flapper servo valve, and the experiment proves the scientificalness of the faults simulation.
