    摘要:

    现有齿轮滚刀采用替代蜗杆,滚刀顶刃前角固定为7°,这是造成齿形误差过大的重要原因。通过对滚刀造型原理分析、解析计算,回归到滚刀本身具有的渐开线几何特征,采用范成包络面取代阿基米德螺旋面作为刀齿侧面、最优分圆前角设计滚刀,再通过优化设计参数、工艺参数等,制造出的滚刀造型精度提高10倍以上,不仅新刀刃口可以达到很高的齿形精度,重磨后仍可保持齿形精度,所采用的“径向铲磨”增大了滚刀重磨角度,滚刀使用寿命延长。

    Abstract:

    The present gear hob is used to replace worm, and the front angle of hob tip blade is fixed at 7° and up, which is an important reason for the excessive tooth shape error. Through analysis of the analytical theory of hob modelling calculation, and a regression to itself with involute gear hob geometric characteristics, use of selecting such formed envelope instead of Archimedes spiral surface as the blade profile, the optimal points before the round angle hob design, again through the optimization of design parameters, process parameters, etc., the modelling of hob accuracy was made and increased by more than ten times. Not only the new blade mouth can achieve high precision of tooth profile, still can keep the tooth profile accuracy after resharpening. The “radial relief grinding” adopted by the hob increases the grinding angle, and extends the service life of cutter.
