    摘要:

    冲洗阀是闭式液压系统标配元件,其与闭式泵上的补油阀联合实现热平衡功能。冲洗溢流流量Qc与补油泵输出流量Qp的比值,称为流量分配比k。由于受发动机转速、冲洗阀阀后背压等因素影响,流量分配比变化很大,不能保持为一恒定值或较小的变化区间,影响闭式系统的冷却效果,易出现烧泵现象。针对现有冲洗阀的不足,采用基于新型阀口流量自补偿技术的冲洗阀,可以规避现有冲洗阀的缺点。经AMESim仿真分析及台架试验验证,新设计的冲洗阀,避免了前述冲洗阀的缺点,还具备流量分配比大范围内可调的特点,非常适合工况复杂的工程机械应用。

    Abstract:

    Flush valve is the basic component of closed hydraulic system, which combines filling valve with closed pump to realize the thermal balance function.The ratio of flushing overflow Qc to output flow Qp of the fuel pump is called flow distribution ratio k. Due to the influence of engine speed,the pressure on the back of the washing valve, the flow distribution ratio was changed greatly, which could not maintain a constant value or a small change area, affecting the cooling effect of the closed system, and easy to burn the pump. A new type of valve flow self-compensation technique was used, which could avoid the shortage of existing washing valve which was easy to be affected by backpressure and engine speed. After AMESim simulation analysis and benchmark test verification, the newly designed washing valve can avoid the shortcomings of the old washing valve, furthermore, it has new characteristic of a large-scale adjustable flow distribution ratio, so it is very suitable to complex engineering machinery applications.
