    摘要:

    介绍将多芯电缆进行外、内芯线剥除和切断,将内芯线分别对应标号,并将内芯线按照线号与对应的电连接焊杯进行自动焊接的设备。设计该设备的机械结构和气动系统,并设计工业PC和PLC联合控制系统。利用此自动化设备代替手工操作,可减少人工操作,提高焊接质量和生产效率。

    Abstract:

    A equipment was introduced which could be used to strip and cut the outer and inner core wires of the multi-core cable, to weld the inner core wires according to the wire numbers and the corresponding electrical connection welding cups. The mechanical structure and pneumatic system of the equipment were designed and the control system was designed based on industrial PC and PLC. Using automated equipment instead of manual operation, manual operation is reduced and welding quality and production efficiency are improved.
