Abstract:Surface integrity is one of the important criteria for evaluating machining quality. In the process of cutting superalloy GH4169, work hardening and formation of metamorphic layer are important processing problems. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the surface integrity of machined parts GH4169 for its cutting process. The research progress of surface integrity in cutting nickelbased superalloy was summarized from the aspects of surface roughness, surface work hardening, white layer and surface residual stress.It provides important basis for improving the surface quality of machined parts from the aspects of cutting parameters, process parameters and tool selection.
