    摘要:

    针对中空型谐波减速器柔轮在装配过程中的接触应力和变形分布问题,基于ANSYS软件对柔轮的装配进行有限元分析,仿真柔轮装配后的变形和应力分布。分析结果表明:柔轮在波发生器作用下,齿圈与筒体的连接处以及轮齿末端根部产生应力集中现象;进一步刚轮完成装配后,由于刚轮的约束,柔轮齿圈会产生弯曲变形,使柔轮应力进一步增大,应力增大11%。运用三维光学变形和应变测量分析系统对柔轮装配过程进行了测量,实验结果与仿真基本吻合,验证了该仿真分析的准确性。研究结果显示谐波减速器柔轮装配中产生的最大Von Mises应力达到622 MPa,对其可靠性寿命有较大的影响,对谐波减速器的设计及运行提供了数据支撑。

    Abstract:

    In order to analyze the contact stress and deformation distribution during the assembly of flexspine in a hollow-type harmonic reducer, finite element simulations were carried out using ANSYS software. Results indicated that the stress concentrations were found at the connection between gear ring and the barrel as well as at the feet of the gear teeth. When the rigid wheel was assembled, the flexspine gear ring was bended due to the constraint by rigid wheel, which enlarged the stress on the flexspine by around 11%. Deformation and strain measurement on the flexspine during assembly was implemented using 3D optical measurement system. Measurement results match with the numerical simulation which validates the accuracy of the simulation method. As a result, the maximum VonMises stress during the assembly at the flexspine is 622 MPa, which has a great impact on its reliability. This research offers a data support for design and operation of the harmonic reducer.
