Abstract:The resonance tube is an important part of high-pressure tube pulsation noise reducing, and its length is very important to the noise reducing. Taking steering high-pressure tube as research object, 9 test samples were made based on the parameters calculation of resonance tube. The spectrum noise, pressure and fluctuating pressure data of the high-pressure tube outlet and vibration spectrum data were collected. The results show that the best length of resonance tube is closer to the length calculated by the 1st order frequency; the length of resonance tube and noise value are approximate U-shaped curve, if the resonance tube is too long or too short, the optimal noise value cannot be obtained. It is necessary to test and verify the theoretical value to determine the optimal scheme.
