    摘要:

    为研究5 000 m扬矿管在海洋波流联合作用下几何非线性稳态响应,建立扬矿系统物理模型和三维数学模型,将扬矿管简化为三维梁单元,运用有限元法求解,利用MATLAB编程计算得出扬矿管稳态响应变化规律。研究结果表明:在六级风况下,扬矿管纵向净伸长量由上到下逐渐增大,矿仓质量增加,扬矿管总的净伸长量增大;而最大弯矩和弯曲应力变小,最大弯矩和弯曲应力出现在扬矿管的顶端;弯矩和弯曲应力在扬矿管0~200 m急剧减小,200 m后数值很小且保持稳定。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the geometric nonlinear steadystate response of the 5 000 m hoisting pipe under the combined action of ocean wave and current,the physical model and threedimensional mathematical model of the hoisting system were established,and the hoisting pipe was simplified into a threedimensional beam element.The finite element method was used to solve the problem,and the steadystate response law of the hoisting pipe was obtained by MATLAB programming.The research results show that under the level 6 wind condition,the hoisting pipe longitudinal elongation increases gradually from top to bottom,the quality of ore bin increases,the hoisting pipe net total elongation increases;the maximum bending moment and bending stress decrease,the maximum bending moment and bending stress appear at the top of the hoisting pipe;the bending moment and bending stress sharply reduce from hoisting pipe 0~200 m,after 200 m the value is small and stable.
