The VMC vertical fiveaxis CNC machine tool was optimized from mechanical and electrical aspects according to its structure and characteristics.Process equipment, assembly process, electrical control, PLC logic and advanced fiveaxis precision detection method were considered, and an electromechanical optimization method suitable for vertical fiveaxis CNC machine was proposed.The effectiveness of the method was proved by comparing the performance before and after optimization.The research has theoretical and practical significance for the upgrade of domestic highend CNC machine.
