    摘要:

    作为各类工程实践中常用的传动装备,减速器主要用于传递转矩和匹配转速。以带式运输机减速器为对象,利用ANSYS Workbench对其高速轴进行静力学分析,提出轻量化、材料使用性能最大化的设计目标,并结合多目标优化理论,构建响应面模型,对危险截面进行尺寸优化。结果表明:优化后,齿轮轴质量减少1.71%,且仍满足强度、刚度要求,为其他工况条件下减速器的优化设计提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    As a common transmission equipment in various engineering practice,reducer is mainly used to realize torque transferring and speed matching.Taking the reducer of belt conveyor as the object,static analysis was carried out on its highspeed shaft by using ANSYS Workbench,and the design objectives of lightweight and maximum material performance were put forward.Combined with multiobjective optimization theory,response surface model was built to optimize the size of dangerous section.The results show that the optimized gear shaft mass decreases by 171%,and it still meets the strength and stiffness requirements.It provided reference for optimal design of reducer under other working conditions.
