    摘要:

    在骨钻孔过程中,轴向力过大会导致钻头断裂、骨稳定性差等问题。引入三尖钻增加钻削稳定性,使用ABAQUS对三尖钻钻削皮质骨进行有限元仿真;通过试验验证模型的正确性,使用中心复合设计(CCD)进行仿真试验设计,通过响应面法得到轴向力的二次回归方程,研究转速、进给量和钻头直径对轴向力的影响。该研究为手术中使用三尖钻提供理论指导,二次回归方程作为预测模型为手术中控制轴向力提供可能。

    Abstract:

    〗In the process of bone drilling,excessive thrust force will lead to fracture of drill bit and poor bone stability.Threepoint drill was introduced to increase drilling stability,ABAQUS was used to make finite element simulation about threepoint drill drilling cortical bone.The correctness of the model was verified through experiment.Central composite design (CCD) was used for conducting experiments.The quadratic regression equation for thrust force was obtained by using the response surface method.The effects of rotational speed,feed rate and drill diameter on thrust forces were studied.This study provides theoretical guidance for the use of threepoint drill in surgery,and the quadratic regression equation as a predictive model provides possibility of controlling thrust force in surgery.
