    摘要:

    介绍一种玻璃柔性生产线自动磨边钻孔加工单元的结构,阐述了加工单元的工作原理。合理选择气动硬件并进行气动控制回路设计。以PLC为核心,进行系统的硬件开发和控制流程设计,提出一种有效的钻孔位置度控制方式,实现了加工单元自动上下料、自动磨边钻孔加工和加工精度控制等功能。

    Abstract:

    The mechanical structure of an automatic edging and drilling processing unit for a flexible glass production line was introduced, and the working principle of the processing unit was explained. The pneumatic hardware was reasonably selected and the pneumatic control circuit was designed. With PLC as the core, the system hardware development and control flow design were carried out, and then an effective drilling position control method was proposed. The functions of automatic loading and unloading,automatic edging, drilling processing, and processing accuracy control of the processing unit were realized.
