    摘要:

    为揭示液相黏度对混输泵内气液两相的分布规律的影响机制,以三级油气混输泵为研究对象,选取油、气两相作为运输介质。基于ANSYS Fluent软件对泵内两相流态进行数值模拟,分析和总结不同液相黏度下气液两相分布规律。结果表明:液相黏度越小对油气混输泵内气相体积分布影响越大;随着液相黏度的增大,沿着泵流向方向的气相体积分数脉动减小;随着液相黏度的变化,泵内液相分布与气相分布位置刚好相反,并且当介质为重质油时,在泵内0.9倍叶高处叶轮出口开始出现液相聚集现象;液相黏度的增加对于油气混输泵内气相分布的均匀性具有改善作用。研究结果可为油气混输泵的结构优化和性能改善提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to reveal the effect mechanism of liquid viscosity on the gasliquid twophase distribution in a multiphase pump,the threestage oilgas multiphase pump was taken as the research object,and the oilgas twophase were selected as the transport medium.ANSYS Fluent was employed to simulate the twophase flow state and the twophase distributions under different viscosities were analyzed and summarized.The results show that the smaller the liquid viscosity,the greater the effect on the gas distribution in the pump;with the increase of the liquid viscosity,the gas pulsation along the streamwise in pump decreases;with the variation of the liquid viscosity,the distribution of the liquid in the pump is exactly opposite to the gas,and when the medium is heavy oil,the liquid aggregation phenomenon begins in 0.9 span at the impeller outlet in the pump;the increase of the liquid viscosity has a beneficial effect on the uniformity of the gas distribution in the oilgas multiphase pump.The research results can provide reference for the structure optimization and performance improvement of oilgas the multiphase pump.
