    摘要:

    采用一种直线滚动导轨式快轴伺服系统对典型复杂曲面进行加工。介绍快轴试验样机结构和快轴控制系统控制算法。根据快轴伺服装置的简化模型求得快轴试验样机数学模型。分析快轴伺服系统控制模型,建立快轴伺服系统动刚度数学模型。通过理论仿真和实验研究系统控制参数对动刚度的影响规律,并对提高伺服动刚度后的快轴伺服系统进行性能测试。对典型复杂曲面进行快轴切削实验,验证了该快轴伺服系统加工复杂曲面的精度较高。

    Abstract:

    Fast axis servo system based on linear rolling guide rail was used to process the complex surface. The structure of the fast axis test prototype and the control algorithm of the fast axis control system were introduced. The mathematical model of the fast axis prototype was obtained according to the simplified model of the fast axis servo device. The control model of the fast axis servo system was analyzed, and the mathematical model of the fast axis servo dynamic stiffness was established. The influence law of the system control parameters on the dynamic stiffness was studied by theoretical simulation and experiment, and the performance of the fast axis servo system was tested after the servo dynamic stiffness was improved. The high precision of the fast axis servo system was verified by the fast axis cutting experiments on typical complex surface.
