    摘要:

    分析螺纹插装式溢流阀结构特点和性能要求,确定影响精度的因素为溢流阀的静动态特性、补油开启压力、密封性及基于特定工艺的制造要求。对以上因素逐一分析,得到各因素对内锥面的精度要求。针对采用碳氮共渗后磨削这一特定工艺要求建立模型并分析,得到内锥面自身角度的精度要求。对模型进行应用分析,经反馈调整后得到内锥角精度的优化值。研究表明:影响内锥面设计制造精度的主要因素为密封性及基于特定工艺的制造要求;基于某型溢流阀的结构及设计参数,密封性对内锥面的自身形状精度等级要求为5~6级,即0.001 5~0.002 5 mm,而对内锥面相对配合内孔的跳动量要求为0.012~0.015 mm;对内锥面角度精度要求为±1°,对应的接触圆轴向尺寸公差为0.052~0.186 mm。经试验验证,按设计精度要求所得阀套的静动态特性及使用寿命符合相关要求。

    Abstract:

    The structural characteristics and performance requirements of the threaded plug-in relief valve were analyzed,and the factors affecting the accuracy of the relief valve were determined as the static and dynamic characteristics of the relief valve,the fill-in opening pressure,the tightness,and the manufacturing requirements based on a specific process.By analyzing the above factors one by one,the accuracy requirements of each factor for inner cone surface were obtained.A model was established and analyzed according to the specific process requirement of grinding after carbonitriding,and the precision requirement of the inner cones own angle was obtained.The application analysis for the model was carried out and the optimal value of the inner cone angle accuracy was obtained after feedback adjustment.The results show that the main factors affecting the design and manufacturing precision of inner cone are the sealing and the manufacturing requirements based on specific process;according to the structure and design parameters of the relief valve,the shape accuracy of the inner cone is required to be 5~6 grades (0.001 5~0.002 5 mm),and the runout of the inner cone relative to the mating inner hole is required to be 0.012~0.015 mm;the accuracy of the angle of the inner cone is required to be ±1°,and the axial dimension tolerance of the corresponding contact circle is 0.052~0.186 mm.The test results show that the static and dynamic characteristics and service life of the valve sleeve obtained according to the design accuracy requirements meet the relevant requirements.
