    摘要:

    针对加工异型玻璃过程中,切割后的玻璃表面质量检测以人工为主、效率低的现象,设计一套基于图像识别的异型玻璃表面质量全检测设备。给出了异型玻璃AOI检测系统设计的整体方案、结构组成、视觉系统的功能及控制流程。利用该设备进行检测时,先检测玻璃上下表面,再检测左右边缘和短边,其连续节拍运行速度快、精度高、稳定性高,提高了工作效率。采用线阵相机识别系统进行自动检测,提高了异型玻璃的表面和边缘全检测效率,降低了人工成本。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem that the surface quality inspection of cut glass is mainly artificial and the efficiency is low in the process of processing profiled glass,a set of full-scale inspection equipment for profiled glass surface quality based on image recognition was designed.The overall design scheme,the structure composition,the visual system function and the control flow of the profiled glass AOI inspection system were given.When the equipment was used for inspection,the upper and lower surfaces of the glass were detected first,and then the left and right edges and short edges were inspected.The continuous rhythm was fast,the accuracy was high,the stability was high,and the working efficiency was improved.The linear array camera recognition system was used for automatic inspection,the full-scale inspection efficiency of the surface and edge of profiled glass were improved,and the labor cost was reduced.
