    摘要:

    为研究在FANUC机床上应用雷尼绍精密触发测头进行线上检测过程中,测头系统安装接线、调试及宏程序调用等关键技术环节,阐述测头及信号接收器的结构组成和装配方法以及与机床的线路连接、参数设置和数据通信调试方法等。分析LED信号灯对应于测头不同工作模式的可视化诊断过程。通过使用带有检测功能的宏程序对产品的具体几何特征进行检测。结果表明:该测头系统能够顺利实现在线测量功能并及时对超差数据报警反馈,提高智能化在线检测精密设备的运用能力。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the key technical links such as the installation and wiring of the probe system,debugging and macro program call in the on-line process of applying Renishaws precision trigger probe on the FANUC machine tool,the structure composition and assembly method of the probe and signal receiver and the line connection with the machine tool,parameter setting and data communication debugging methods were explained.The visual diagnosis process of LED signal lights corresponding to different working modes of the probe was analyzed.By using a macro program with detection function,the specific geometric characteristics of the product were detected.The results show that the probe system can be used to successfully implement the on-line measurement function and timely alarm and feedback for the out-of-tolerance data,and improve the application ability of intelligent online detection precision equipment.
