    摘要:

    基于计算流体动力学(CFD)方法建立高减压比组合式空气减压阀数值仿真模型。通过仿真计算研究减压阀流场特征和调节参数对性能的影响;以数值计算得到的样本点数据建立减压比响应面模型;根据性能模型研究性能特性和组合调节规律。结果表明:组合式减压阀流场复杂,调节参数对减压比等影响表现出非线性特性;基于非线性特性构造的两段减压比响应面模型具有较高的精度,通过模型开展调节规律研究是可行的技术途径。

    Abstract:

    The numerical simulation model of the combined air pressure reducing valve with high pressure reducing ratio was established based on the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method.The influences of flow field characteristics and regulating parameters on the performance were studied through simulation calculation;the response surface model of the pressure reducing ratio was established based on the sample point data obtained from numerical calculation;according to the performance model,the performance characteristics and combined regulation laws were studied.The results show that the flow field of the combined pressure reducing valve is complex,and the influence of the regulating parameters on the pressure reducing ratio shows nonlinear characteristics;the response surface model with two-stage pressure reducing ratio based on the nonlinear characteristics has high precision.It is a feasible technical way to carry out the regulation law research by using the model.
