    摘要:

    为了缩短未知修形方式摆线轮加工周期,降低生产成本,提高加工效率,提出一种高阶分段拟合算法,使用该算法可以通过逆向工程的方式实现对未知修形方式摆线轮齿廓的重构。为了验证该算法的合理性,先对已知修形方式的RV320摆线轮齿廓点使用高阶分段拟合算法进行齿廓重构,之后通过VERICUT仿真加工出RV320摆线轮模型,并将仿真加工的RV320摆线轮模型与RV320摆线轮理论模型进行对比,最大加工误差约为0.016 86 mm。之后通过实验加工出RV320摆线轮并对其进行精度检测,检测结果显示通过高阶分段拟合算法加工出的摆线轮符合使用要求,进一步验证了该算法的合理性。由此可得,使用高阶分段拟合算法同样能够实现对未知修形方式摆线轮齿廓的重构,同时也为未知修形方式摆线轮的高精加工提供了一种方法。

    Abstract:

    In order to shorten the processing cycle of the cycloid gear in the unknown modification mode,reduce the production cost and improve the processing efficiency,a high-order piecework fitting algorithm was proposed.The algorithm could be used to reconstruct the cycloid gear profile in the unknown modification mode by means of reverse engineering.In order to verify the rationality of the algorithm,tooth profile reconstruction for the profile points of RV320 cycloid gear tooth in the known modification mode was completed by using a high-order piecewise fitting method,then RV320 cycloid gear model was worked out by VERICUT simulation.The RV320 cycloid gear simulated model was compared with RV320 cycloid gear theory model,the largest processing error was about 0016 86 mm.After that,RV320 cycloid wheel was processed and its accuracy was detected.The detection results show that the cycloid wheel processed by the high-order piecewise fitting method meets the use requirements,so the rationality of the algorithm was further verified.Thus,the use of high-order piecewise fitting method can also be used to reconstruct the tooth profile of the cycloid gear in the unknown modification mode,and also provide a method for the high precision machining of the cycloid gear in the unknown modification mode.
