    摘要:

    鉴于联合收割机作业工作部件较多以及故障率高等特点,对联合收割机割台、螺旋输送器、脱粒滚筒等收割分离液压部件进行工作性能监控研究。基于联合收割机的工作过程,概述了联合收割机收割分离液压系统的工作原理。设计了收割分离液压系统的监控方案、控制面板和控制器架构,研究了收割分离液压系统的控制方案;基于LabVIEW软件设计了监控界面,并通过田间试验验证了该性能监控系统的可行性。结果表明:所设计的性能监控系统能在联合收割机田间作业过程中正常运行,可靠性高,满足田间使用需求。

    Abstract:

    In view of many working parts and high failure rate in the operation process of combine harvester, the working performance monitoring of the cutting table, screw conveyor, threshing drum and other hydraulic parts of the harvester for harvesting and separating was studied. Based on the working process of the combine harvester, the working principle of the harvesting and separating hydraulic system of the combine harvester was explained. The monitoring scheme, control panel and controller architecture of the harvesting and separating hydraulic system were designed. The control scheme of the hydraulic system for harvesting and separating was studied, the monitoring interface was designed based on LabVIEW software, and the feasibility of the performance monitoring system was verified through field test. The results show that the designed performance monitoring system can run normally in the field operation of the combine harvester with high reliability and meets the field use requirements.
