    摘要:

    为保证操作者的人身安全及设备安全,开发一种适用于双通道数控机床的安全集成功能。具有该功能的双面刨台式铣镗床通过PMC硬件及程序对各控制通道安全围栏门锁、安全门关闭状态进行实时监控,从全局对各通道安全门锁开启及关闭进行控制。当检测到任意通道安全门开启指令或安全门未关闭状态时,对各通道NC程序执行使能进行互锁控制,并对所有进给轴及主轴进行速度钳制,能尽量避免安全事故的发生,更好地保障操作者的安全,提高机床的实用性。

    Abstract:

    In order to ensure operator safety and equipment safety, a kind of safety integration function for double channel CNC machine tool was developed. Double-side planer type milling and boring machine with this function can monitor the security fence lock and security door closing state of each control channel in real time through PMC hardware and program, and safety locks’ opening and closing of each channel are controlled globally. While any door opening command or unclosed state is detected, the NC program enabling of each channel can be interlocked, and the velocity of all feed shafts and spindles are limited to avoid safety accidents as far as possible, better guarantee operator’s safety and improve the practicability of the machine.
