According to the detection test requirements of solenoid valve characteristics, a solenoid valve characteristics measurement and control system was designed.The industrial control computer,the PXI-3364 multi-function data acquisition board card and the PXI-3305 digital I/O card were used as the main hardware, and LabVIEW was uesd as the software algorithm development platform to accomplish the measurement and control of the testing. The results show that the designed measurement and control system satisfies the use requirements and has the detection functions of solenoid valve flow resistance, millisecond response time and pulse characteristics test. The research results provide reference for solenoid valve characteristics detection.
